We saved the best for last! We have a fruity, fun geisha to brighten up the dreary days of winter. This is a geisha grown high in the mountains of Nicaragua by the La Bastilla community of farms. Not only are the producers committed to excellent coffee but they are committed to their community and provide daycare and housing to all workers. This geisha has been fermented using anaerobic yeast fermentation which gives this great varietal an amazingly complex and fruit forward flavor profile.
